What can we do?

We should complete our nutrition with materials which take part in the synthesis of joint fluid, in prevention of arthrosis and therefore the pain. Porc-o-Go is a dietary supplement with ingredients – based on several scientific researches – necessary for the synthesis of cartilage and joint fluid.

All of the studies about the efficiency of glycosaminoglycan and chondroitin sulphate in arthritis carried out between 2009 and 2014 were analyzed in a Belgian study in 2014.  (1) The results of the research showed that both materials brought significant improvement for the patients. This result was confirmed by another Japanese study in 2016 (2). The last research draws attention to the fact that 12 weeks are needed for reaching a proper effect.

Several studies confirm the efficiency of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) in osteoarthrosis, the latest research was made in Indonesia. The summary of this research was published in 2017. It has proved that the effect of the combination of MSM and glycosaminoglycan is stronger, than the effect of glycosaminoglycan. (3)

We have known for only a few decades that the extract of the frankincense tree (Boswellic acid) improves the condition of the knee. It’s not about supplementing materials. This substance has beneficial effects on inflammation and destructing the cartilage by enzymes.(4)

Hundreds of studies analyzing these substances are available on the Internet, furthermore, we can find a few where these substances were tested one by one, not in combination with others. In these cases the effect was not so significant than in combinations.

Vitamin D is responsible for the health of the bones, and has an antioxidant effect. As bones are also affected by osteoarthritis, Vitamin D consumption is essential.

Porc-o-Go is a combined dietary supplement that contains all the compounds with beneficial effects. It is produced in Hungary in compliance with the most stringent quality requirements. The product does not replace any medical treatment or medicine, only supplements them.
